Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the highest quality for our customers, every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection prior to delivery. Consequently, returns are strictly limited to the following circumstances:
- Damaged Goods: If the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Incorrect Shipments: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered.
Please note: We do not accept returns for correctly shipped items, customer ordering errors or change-of-mind requests.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all requests.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get what you need is to return the damaged or incorrect item once approved. Once the return is processed, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the transaction.
