Return Window
Returns are accepted upto 2 Days of delivery.
 
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please be advised that returns cannot be processed for products that were accurately shipped but were misordered or over-ordered by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact.hardwaredepot@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
