Delivery charges are determined by the items in your cart and your final delivery location. The applicable fee will be dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Within Bengaluru: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over ₹4,999 within city limits. Same-day or next-day delivery options are available depending on order eligibility.
  • Outside Bengaluru (Pan-India): Free shipping thresholds apply exclusively to lighter packages. For all national shipments outside our local network, rates and delivery timelines are categorized by package weight and volume (detailed below).

Store Pickup

A complimentary store pickup option is available for all orders at our Bengaluru location, with no additional charges.

Shipping Within Bengaluru

For orders within Bengaluru, we utilize professional third-party logistics (3PL) providers, including hyperlocal services like Porter. The courier selection depends on the order size and specific delivery requirements. We commit to a delivery timeline of Same-Day or Next Business Day for all eligible local orders.

Nationwide Shipping (Outside Bengaluru)

For deliveries across India outside our local Bengaluru network, shipping rates and timelines depend on the package category:

  • Lighter Items: Enjoy Complimentary Shipping on all orders above ₹4,999. For orders under ₹4,999, a standard flat fee of ₹199 applies.
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Heavy & Bulky Goods: Due to specialized handling requirements and secure freight logistics, a flat transport fee of ₹2,999 applies to all heavy cargo shipments. Please note that promotional free shipping thresholds do not apply to the heavy goods category.
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days.

Doorstep Delivery Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure doorstep delivery; however, this service is ultimately dependent on the specific policies of our third-party logistics partners and the accessibility of the delivery location. In certain cases, customers may need to collect the materials at the ground level. Please note that standard delivery does not include shifting materials to upper floors.

Unloading and Lifting Assistance

Customers are solely responsible for arranging the unloading and lifting of large, oversized, or heavy items (such as appliances or lengthy structural materials). While some logistics partners may offer lifting assistance for an additional fee, this must be coordinated and paid for directly by the customer to the delivery personnel.

Estimated Dispatch Time

Most products are securely held in stock and will be dispatched within the same business day of order placement. If an item requires a longer procurement or specialized handling timeline, our customer experience team will proactively contact you with an updated dispatch estimate.

There are absolutely no hidden costs associated with your purchase. The price displayed on each product page is final and fully inclusive of all applicable goods and services taxes (GST). Any separate delivery fees are clearly outlined during the checkout process as per the terms of this policy.
