Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are determined by the products in your order and the final delivery location. The applicable fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Store Pickup
A complimentary store pickup option is available for all orders at our Bengaluru location, with no additional charges.
Shipping Within Bengaluru
For orders within Bengaluru, we utilize third-party logistics (3PL) providers, including hyperlocal services like Porter, with the selection depending on order size and specific delivery requirements. We commit to a delivery timeline of Same-Day or Next Business Day for all eligible orders.
Doorstep Delivery
We make every effort to provide doorstep delivery; however, this service is dependent on the policies of the third-party logistics partner and the delivery location. In some cases, customer need to collect the material from ground level. Doesn't include shifting to upper floors.
Unloading and Lifting Assistance
Customers are responsible for arranging the unloading and lifting of large or heavy items, such as appliances or lengthy materials. Some logistics partners may offer this service for an additional fee, which must be paid by the customer.
Estimated Dispatch Time
Most products are in stock and will be dispatched within Same business day. If a product requires a longer procurement or dispatch time, our team will proactively communicate the estimated timeline to you.
