Q: What is the maximum glass thickness compatible with the Brass Shelf Support?
A: The Brass Shelf Support's open-top design allows it to accommodate a wide range of glass thicknesses, typically from 6mm up to 12mm. We recommend the "Heavy" variant for 10mm to 12mm structural glass, while the "Medium" is perfect for standard 6mm to 8mm cabinet shelving.
Q: If I choose the free store pickup option in Bangalore, how quickly can I collect my order?
A: Most pickup orders are prepared within 2 to 4 hours during standard business hours. You will receive an instant notification from Hardware Depot the moment your package is ready for collection at our offline SS Hardware location.
Q: How do delivery timelines compare between Bangalore and other major Indian cities?
A: Local Bangalore addresses qualify for our hyper-local same-day or next-day delivery network. For pan-India orders to cities like Mumbai, Delhi, or Hyderabad, we dispatch within 24 hours, with reliable transit times typically ranging from 3 to 5 business days.
Q: Does the suction cup lose its grip over time?
A: No, the premium silicone suction cups are designed for long-term compression. They maintain a firm, anti-slip hold on the glass surface for years without degrading or discoloring, making them ideal for high-end wardrobes and display units.
